ANAHEIM, Calif., June 28 (Our Los Angeles) — Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, briefly closed Tiana’s Bayou Adventure after a 13-year-old guest exited his ride vehicle and slid down the attraction’s final roughly 50-foot drop, according to Disneyland officials.

Disneyland said cast members stopped the ride immediately. The boy was taken to a local hospital for precautionary evaluation and later released.

The attraction stayed closed for the rest of Sunday before reopening after a Cal/OSHA inspection. California Division of Occupational Safety and Health spokesperson Katherine Wzorek told NBC News that inspectors did not find any operational issues.

Disneyland officials did not identify the boy, and the attraction later resumed operations.
